01Our history
With 81 years in the industry
We dare say we are still a remarkably lively firm, with a rather unusual depth of experience of buildings. After more than a decade in our current form, the passion for property still comes first.
1939
Two officers start a company
Major General Sven E. Alin and Colonel Magnus Hedenlund found the business.
1945
Alin & Hedenlund Fastighetsförvaltning AB
The foundation is laid through a love of buildings, and the company takes its name.
1977
The torch is passed on
The founders retire. The new owner continues to build the firm's standing in central Stockholm.
1991
Today's company takes shape
Jack Gustafsson buys the company from his retiring predecessor and begins to develop the specialised portfolio management we still work with.
2010
Development grows
Johan Fernholm joins as a partner. With long experience behind them, the two begin a shared journey into property development.

Ten criteria we have signed up to
Our membership of Fastighetsägarna, the Swedish Property Federation, presupposes serious and quality-conscious property ownership. We subscribe to their view that management should be carried out according to the criteria alongside.
